Current Processing Time: 48 or less
Orders placed Monday through Friday should be processed and shipped within 48 hours.
Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or federal holidays observed by the United States Postal Office (USPS) ship on the next business day.
Shipping & Tracking Process
Please allow us 1-2 business days for processing the order.
We do not accept any URGENT orders due to a large number of hand-made working. Thanks so much for the understanding.
Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
Shipping times are quoted in business days. During sale periods, please allow additional time to receive your order. Shipping times can vary depending on shipping location and other external factors like bad weather or strikes.

After your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number via the email address provided on your order.
Please allow up to 24 hours to see tracking updates in the USPS system.
Please be sure to track your package daily to ensure you receive your order promptly.

Please be sure of your purchase before checking out. We will not be able to cancel/change orders which have been successfully placed.
